Shipping Policy
We at Urja Utsav know how important it is to receive your
purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large
network of Professional couriers, Preferably First Flight Courier Ltd. (for
details visit www.firstflight.net) to deliver products to you as early as
possible.
Turn around time
Depending upon the location, the product is shipped to you
within 3-5 days. The turn around time does not included Saturdays, Sundays or Public
Holidays and does not include
shipping time.
Free shipping across all products, on no minimum purchase
value.
The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is
cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
At this point, urjautsav.com delivers products only within
India.
You have the option to return or exchange items purchased on
urjautsav.com. Return/Exchange will be allowed within 7 days of the receipt of
item. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or
receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the
item, free of cost. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item.
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:
All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in
their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and
should not be broken or tampered with.
Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable
for an Exchange by our logistics team.
In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift
associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free
gift.
If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the
items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all
self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
